Location

Eagle Harbour can be found at the base of Cypress Mountain and runs from the Trans Canada Highway, down to Marine Drive. Nearby neighbourhoods include Caulfeild, Cypress Park, West Bay, Dundarave, and Sandy Cove.

Demographic

Many Eagle Harbour residents are homeowners, with 94% owning property, versus 6% renting. The majority of households are made up of couples, with approximately 67% married and 22% single. Around half of Eagle Harbour residents are aged over 50.

As with restaurants, Caulfeild Village Shopping Centre is great for eateries and cafes, as well as being home to a range of stores, from banks and hair studios, to boutiques and pharmacies. It also has a large Safeway, conveniently close for grocery shopping, or driving less than 10 minutes to Marine Drive will take you to IGA Marketplace. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, Park Royal Mall is just a short drive from the Eagle Harbour neighbourhood.

Schools

A popular area for families, Eagle Harbour is home to a variety of schools including the local Eagle Harbour Montessori School, a public K-5 school that administers an enriched learning program. Other nearby schools include Westcot Elementary, and Rockridge Secondary, offering the prestigious International Baccalaureate program.
